This mixer is really disappointing. Told my wife get a good one this time- get a kitchen aid. She bakes a lot for our family. Our mixers were lasting 2-3 years get tired of buying them. Not sure if I should get another one and throw this one out. Really disappointing!

I have not used it much but when I have it has functioned well. The first thing I noticed was how it was quieter than prior mixers. It feels good in my hand and the beaters release properly.

Much better than any other hand mixer!

I bought this because my previous hand mixer would not go slow enough. This mixer is perfect. The wire beaters stay cleaner and are easier to clean than the old ones. The five speeds go from very slow to very fast: just what I wanted! It is quiet and I am very glad I bought it.

I've used many other hand mixers and when you use the first speed it's usually pretty fast still. With this hand mixer the speeds are exactly perfect. Low is low high is high.

This is the best mixer I've ever owned. It's quite powerful and the multiple speeds make it easy to mix what ever you need. I also like that the mixing blades are very thin so you don't lose a lot of batter just stuck to them.
